Cancellation policy

Sohan Peda has not published a fixed number of hours in which every order can be cancelled.

Before dispatch

If checkout is open and an order exists, the business can cancel it from the order screen. Cancelling an order that had reserved stock returns that stock in the catalogue. Whether a customer can still stop an order depends on whether it has been dispatched and on the contact details the business has published. This page will not invent a hotline.

After a payment

A confirmed card or UPI payment is not reversed automatically by this website. Any refund has to be handled against the payment provider and the returns note.

Events

An event marked cancelled is removed from the upcoming list. That status is separate from shop orders.
